With the wider tourism industry now returning to pre-pandemic levels of activity, and in some cases, exceeding it, group travel is generating valuable revenue through visitor numbers and bed nights.

But as you look to attract more coaches and groups there’s something not to be overlooked. Today, the businesses that will succeed will be those that ‘delight’ their customers. Delighting your customers, and possibly even doing something differently, is how you’re going to stand out in a sea of industry suppliers all clamouring for the same business.

So, whether you’re a visitor attraction or destination, tourism supplier, hotel or tourism organisation, specialist coach tourism consultancy Stuart Render Tourism can help you develop or refresh a bespoke group product. Even more importantly, we can work with you to explore ways to truly ‘delight’ your customers.

‘Delighting’ your customers is equally important for coach and tour operators. Gone are the days when a brochure cover simply had the company name, a date and a collection of scenic views. As groups look to come back to coach touring, the need to enthuse and excite has never been more important.

If you’re a coach operator or tourism business or organisation looking for support with brochure and website content, or for help with writing press releases, media relations, or developing positive PR opportunities, we can help.

With an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the coach tourism industry, and a passion for the business, Stuart Render Tourism offers a mix of bespoke consultancy, writing and PR services, tailored to suit individual requirements. Fees are affordable and flexible.

Stuart Render is a Fellow of The Tourism Society and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a former joint chair of the British Guild of Travel Writers. Stuart Render Tourism is a member of the Coach Tourism Association.

If you’d like some professional help with delighting your customers, get in touch. We’d be delighted to hear from you.

Attract more coaches and groups

A passion for coach tourism

Welcome to Stuart Render Tourism.

Since 2016 I’ve been working with a wide range of destinations, visitor attractions, tourism suppliers and industry organisations helping them to attract, welcome and delight groups.

When I established Stuart Render Tourism I wanted to use my career experience working in PR to really bring out the very best that each of my clients had to offer. Six years as editor of the erstwhile Coach Monthly trade magazine (from 2010 to 2016), followed by writing, editing and presenting roles across the coach tourism sector, have brought me into contact with some exceptionally talented industry professionals. Those relationships developed, and have continued, my passion for the industry and for group travel.

Today I offer consultancy, writing and PR support to those who wish to attract, welcome and delight more group visitors by developing their coach and group-friendly credentials.

I also provide writing, editorial and PR support for coach and tour operators and industry organisations.

Let the passion continue.
